● The existing pump stops operating We received a consultation from a certain cosmetics manufacturing factory. The submersible pump currently in use is not designed for high temperatures, so it stops immediately after starting, making it difficult to transfer hot water. Therefore, we adopted the H2 JCV series, which allows for stable transfer even at high temperatures of 80°C. ● The burden on operators has been eliminated! Previously, every time the pump stopped operating, the managers had to wait for the temperature to drop or pull it up to check the situation, which was a significant burden. The "JCE Series" is a heat-resistant submersible pump with a cutter, designed for short delivery times and competitively priced, capable of handling temperatures up to 80°C. When transporting with a land pump, there was a risk of high-temperature water spraying out in the event of a pump failure, but with the heat-resistant submersible pump, there is no risk of spraying. The JCE-16 series, made of SUS316, can handle alkaline high-temperature wastewater (boiler discharge). The JCE series is based on the popular JCV series of heat-resistant submersible pumps and is equipped with a cutter impeller, making it more resistant to foreign object intrusion. Additionally, we have also prepared the "JCVH Series," which raises the heat resistance temperature to 95°C. [Case Study] Transfer of High-Temperature Alkaline Water for Industrial Washing Machines

Space-saving high-temperature water transfer! Introducing a case study of a compact heat-resistant submersible pump.

We received a request from a certain manufacturer in Tokyo stating, "We are looking for a compact heat-resistant submersible pump," and we proposed and were adopted for the JCVH-40 model, which can withstand temperatures of up to 95°C. The application was for constructing a recycling system for wastewater discharged from high-temperature industrial washing machines. The wastewater had a high alkalinity with a pH of about 10.5, containing detergents, but the JCVH was able to handle it. Additionally, the compact size of the JCVH made it a perfect fit for integration into the equipment. The heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40 has a space-saving design that can be installed in an area of approximately 300×200. It can also handle a certain level of chemical liquids, making it user-friendly. We also offer models with floats, so customers considering automatic control are encouraged to consult with us. 【Delivery Example】JCV Type | High-Temperature Water Transfer from Drainage Intermediate Tank

Introducing a case study of the delivery of heat-resistant submersible pumps used in newly established drainage intermediate tanks.

We received an inquiry from a major cosmetics manufacturing plant regarding heat-resistant submersible pumps to be used in a newly established drainage intermediate tank. We also proposed a detachable device, and they adopted two units of "JCV-22-50." Additionally, since they requested water level control, we suggested a heat-resistant float, which was also accepted. They requested a short delivery time (two weeks after order), and upon inquiring about the situation, they mentioned, "Initially, we were proceeding with another company's product, but only the control panel's delivery was on schedule, and we just found out that the pump would not be delivered in time." Therefore, while our standard delivery time is one month after order, we shortened it to two weeks. We also provided advice on compatibility with other companies' control panels, and together with the timely delivery, we were able to meet their satisfaction. We received a request from a major food company looking for a "heat-resistant submersible pump" that can be used with hot water up to 70°C. They were also concerned about corrosion resistance to alkaline substances, as it would be used for draining CIP alkaline detergents and cleaning water, so we proposed a heat-resistant submersible pump made of SUS316. It was also the perfect size for their pit dimensions. [Case Study] Hot Water Transfer in Sake Brewing

High-temperature water disinfection with heat-resistant submersible pumps!

●I want to use the hot water from the Japanese kettle in a separate process. In the sake brewery, there is a vessel called "Koshiki," which is used for soaking rice and steaming it with steam generated from below. It plays an important role in the sake-making process. The Koshiki is placed on top of a Japanese kettle filled with boiling water for steaming. The hot water from that kettle can be reused in subsequent processes, but until now, the submersible pumps had a low heat resistance, often stopping during use. ●Heat-resistant submersible pumps are effective for hot water sterilization. By using the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV series, it has become easy to make effective use of hot water. (The photo above shows the JCV type heat-resistant submersible pump being placed into the Japanese kettle.) To avoid compromising the flavor, disinfection with detergents is not used, and in sake breweries where hot water sterilization is mainstream, the hot water from the Japanese kettle is used for hot water sterilization in various locations.

● Adopted for the transport of alkaline high-temperature wastewater We received an inquiry about high-temperature water transport from a major steelworks, and they chose our heat-resistant water pump, the JCV series. Due to the alkaline nature of the wastewater, it is made entirely of stainless steel, and it successfully cleared the silica-based SS concentration without any issues. Liquid specifications: pH 12.5, SS = 50 ppm (silica-based SS), liquid temperature 70°C ● Short delivery times for different voltages are also possible The request was for 440V three-phase, and we can accommodate it with the usual delivery time for all-stainless steel. While other companies' 440V pumps may take about three months for delivery, H2, which specializes in manufacturing heat-resistant water pumps, can ship in about half that time. If customers are struggling with poor delivery times when their pumps from other manufacturers fail, please feel free to consult us.

We received feedback that they have been able to transfer without any issues after the installation.
